    Best nail place in town. The staff is gentle, knowledgeable, and fun. Great selection of colors and lovely atmosphere too. Fantastic value for the money! If I could give 6 stars I would ?

    This place is so wonderful. I started bringing my daughter here when she was 3 and it’s become such a special place for us. Everyone who works here is just fantastic, and they do quality work. So friendly and welcoming, and talented.Services: Nail designs

    I have been coming here randomly on and off for the last few years whenever I needed a manicure. However I recently got back into having acrylics and have made Classy Nails my go-to place. Karen has made the experience so wonderful, she always asks if I have a picture of what I want and will help me find colors that match and things that will actually suit me. Plus the top coat she used is one of the strongest I've come in contact with. I work in a very hands on place and my last set BARELY had wear and tear. Definitely looking forward to coming back and spending more time with Karen.

    Update! My sister and I went to get a mani pedi and ended up with what looks like a bacterial infection on our legs where they used towels to wrap our legs in. (My sister contacted her doctor and with reviewing it maybe a bacterial infection, and to come back if it doesn't go away or worsens). It has been a very stressful time trying to communicate with them and receive a refund. My sister had a couple of meetings with them to try to figure things out but at the end of it it was too difficult and frustrating and my sister never received a refund. When I tried to call they would push it off and I was unable to talk to anyone about my situation over the phone. I was finally able to get contact with them through email where I could find out more information to receive my refund (where in my previous review they had stated they can absolutely give me a refund I just needed to sign a release form) but that is not true, it took many emails but they finally sent their policy where it says all services are non-refundable. And if I wanted to possibly receive a refund I would need to open a dispute case, answering all these personal questions and then MAYBE receive a refund. At the end of it all my sister and I receive rashes that are still lingering on for over two weeks now, and no refund.

    Please DO NOT go to this business! My sister and I both went and received pedicures. The next day we both had a severe rash on our calves, where the creams and lotions were used. The employees and owner of the salon have been sadly intolerable as I have sought resolution to this problem. When I asked for a refund and showed them the pictures of our legs, they denied that it was their fault. How else could this have happened?? When I asked for a list of the creams and lotions they used in the pedicures, they denied me. I told them that my sister and I might need to go to the doctor, and that I needed the list for medical reasons. Again, they said no. What are they trying to hide? Regarding the refund, which I ultimately did NOT receive, they wanted me to sign a legal contract, provide copies of my and my sister's drivers license, and then they would refund in cash. I felt very uncomfortable with both the contract and cash payment, as I had paid with my credit card, and have never needed to sign any legal document when receiving a refund. They stood their ground and denied me the refund. Again, what are they hiding? Why is it so difficult to get a refund? Please do NOT go to this business. Their pedicures lead to rashes, they denied responsibility and withheld important information about the materials they used. This is not good business and I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. UPDATE: My sister called the salon to share of her experience (the rash) and ask for a refund and they literally laughed at her and said "no" multiple times. There was no care or compassion at all! Please do not give money to this business!

    I have gotten a pedicure and manicures here. The staff is lovely. Very sweet and professional. The massages are relaxing and my nails are pretty and exactly the shape and length I wanted. I will return.Services: Callus removal

    I do not ever like to review on the negative however I feel it's needed. I have been getting acrylic nails most of my life never have them lift EVER!! I started going to classy nails a year ago then last few times they lift within a short time of getting them done. My nails always last upwards of 5 weeks. Most recently only 8 days post fill and a nail completely lifted off without any trauma to my nail. I called told them what happened and it was like I did something wrong and they overly explained that THEY don't make mistakes. Anyway i had them fix it but boy was it an ordeal. She proceeds to say that after 5 days they charge for a repair.... I held my ground and insisted it's free of charge she reluctantly said ok then said if you want to try another place as they don't make mistakes.... We'll then I will try another. . No customer service no benefit of the doubt no personal responsibility. I even brought the 100% lifted nail in with me. :/ Also raised prices &50 for s fill. Not worth it. Typical where everything is high customer service when you are a new customer. Then ..... it switches. Too bad as like to stay loyal to the same place for years.

    I had a dip powder manicure and pedicure . Let me start by saying that the technician was extremely nice and friendly. The facility was also very clean and they took special precautions to keep everyone at a distance from each other. My reason for two stars was the the way the service was rendered. The technician was extremely rough and hurried. I have weak nails and bad arthritis and she seemed oblivious to both of those things. She did both services in one hour and during that hour was talking on the phone and helping other customers. I admire efficiency but this was not a physically pleasant experience. She needed to be attentive, gentle and slower and book clients appropriately so that the service is not painful and worth $95.00. I am very sorry to say that I will not be returning or recommending this nail salon.Services: Manicure
