Professional polite, however I’m waiting for my car repair after I was rearended in Mid-December. I believe it’s a State Farm Insurance problem in processing my claim.I am quite unhappy with State Farm.

From the time we dropped the car off until we picked it up, The customer service we received was top of the line. I was updated every third day; sometimes every other day to let me know the progress of the repairs being done. All communication with staff was very professional, as well as very pleasant, and my car looks as good as new. I would highly recommend Star body shop.

They kept me in the loop through the whole process. They worked with my insurance and took the stress of needing my car repaired away. The job was completed ahead of schedule and my car looks fantastic. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Star Body Works.
