their tooth puller ripped my front teeth out and in doing so hurt the back of my jaw. as for the dentures they fit so poorly I can't eat. I do not recommend them for any dental work!

Dr. Haddad has horrific bedside manner. The way she treated my sister, she should lose her license. Now my sister has to go have surgery done. With possible oral cancer. Do Not be seen by this woman.

Felt very unsure about this place after multiple visits clerk is very rude doctors seem to not want to be there and staff always seems to be sick worst part is the cleaning they did actually caused me gum damage

I love Dr. Haddad with ADC Dental. I've had teeth pulled on two separate occasions and each time they've made sure that I was very comfortable and well cared for. She was also very gentle so there's been no brusing or swelling at all. I highly recommend her.

Poor management. I have been waiting 3 months for an appointment, when I went in for my scheduled appointment I was told the dentist wasn’t in. I was not told ahead that the dentist wasn’t available for the scheduled appointment.

They make sure the patient is relaxed comfortable and they tell you exactly what they are doing as or before they do it. Their patients trust an comfortably is their #1 priority an they are such an awesome place for all dental needs an as well as making dentures an denture care as well as fixing anything that might occur.

DO NOT GO HERE! I was assigned to them through my insurance, went in they did a very horrible quicky cleaning that did more damage to my gums than anything and said I needed 2 crowns (that I had to pay out of pocket for mind you) it was very uncomfortable and felt like a chop shop. They didn't tell me they wanted to just start drilling away so I left. I got asigned to a different office through my insurance, my first visit I got a clean bill of health........that is just super sketchy to me. It baffles how a place you suppose to trust would put someone through that just to make money.If you are on ohp you DO have other options, even if you have to wait for an appointment to open up I would.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I'm a fairly new to having dentures. A few years ago I had many of my teeth pulled and I needed dentures. I was having to keep going in to have them adjusted. I was still under a warranty, so then I couldn't get ahold of anyone at affordable dentures so I went to the office and it was black in side. Found out that the dentist had left and will not be returning, he never finished my dentures. I called ADC Dental and ask if they could make adjustments to my new dentures that cost me 5000.00, I talked with Teri and she had me bring in the teeth, when she saw the dentures she said they were junk and they won't work on another dentist dentures, so she said that she would make a new set for me and that they would fit better. She charged me 2,400.00 . At first I was happy with the new dentures, but again they came very loose, so when I went to get them adjusted she said that she wouldn't charge me this time, but if I needed them adjusted again I would have to pay. I have had three teeth fall out of these dentures, so she didn't charge me to put the tooth back in, but the second time I took the dentures in to get a tooth back in, she charged me 80.00 dollars.. well then a few months later another tooth fell out. I am broke and I don't have any good fitting dentures. Teri told me that I needed to get the dentures relined and it would cost 400.00 , and that I had to get this done before January of 2023, she also said that because I tried to use a store bought kit for get my dentures to fit right, she just said over and over again that I had ruined my dentures. So now after all this I offered her 100.00 month for four months, and she said no...they don't take payments. Teri said that they are cash only, no debit cards, no checks, and that some credit cards are excepted. I don't know what to do, I'm broke and I'm in debt from two different dentists. I just feel that this practice is only out for the money, and they don't give a damn about there patients. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of care is not what it used to be.
