Wonderful yoga studio with such positive vibes! I've always loved hot yoga and this place is just great and clean. The staff is so warm and welcoming. Prices are right, even with the slight increase due to inflation. I love that they have a kids class on Saturdays and they have special events all the time. Location is great but I wish parking wasn't an issue. I believe they share the parking lot with the nearby restaurants/brewery and I absolutely dread finding street parking, but that's just me. I always feel refreshed and renewed every time I take a class here. Do yourself a favor and give them a try! They have awesome 'new client' specials.

I couldn't quite get into the "Power Flow" Cons- does not feel flowy, no easy transitions, no emphasis on inhale/exhale, and no time to do the poses (rushed but most people did there own thing and didn't follow the teachers guide), no Sanskrit and only English so it feels like a workout class (1,2,3...), no mindful moments to pause and reflect, really hot/ muggy, loud noises from the heating/air, smelled like cleaning products in arrival, teacher had loud voice- too loud for me... didn't sound authentic/ personal or warm, no music for Power Flow:(, likely because of the virtual yoga student who zoomed in for class. Pros Great location. Great studio for drop-in classes for TOURISTS. Clean studio, love their merch Cons Poor parking, neurotic energy present in a few instructors more than a calming presence, repetitive class focus does not allow the being to feel that they are growing. Suggestion: do a month trial or only drop ins. Overall: Not worth the monthly fee
