Oftentimes, a company receives a 5 star rating for doing a good job, and that is commendable. However, I believe it's when things don't go exactly as planned that the real integrity of the company shows up or not.I recently hired North Pacific Mechanical to install 2-8ft, 1-6f 1-4ft, baseboards, and three programable thermostats, and a new push through the wall AC.Chris, the electrician, was sent out at first to assess. I immediately liked his demeanor, not a hard sale. He was professional and had a clever strategic mindset. We quickly assessed my situation, and a deal was made. What an amazing job Shane and Riley did... they were so kind, thoughtful, and thorough! Our furnace went out before Christmas, and they were there on the 27th. Not only is our new furnace and thermostat the bomb, it was installed on time and with care, all the way from arrival to clean up. I definitely recommend North Pacific Mechanical!!!Services: Install thermostat
