I’ve been researching gas logs for the past few years. I initially reached out to a Village Fireplace Shop and they were excellent to answer any questions, provided me with all the information I needed to make my choice. I wanted to “shop around” and had an estimate completed by another company as well. The other company belittled my choice and tried to talk me out of what I had wanted and thoroughly researched. Then they provided a quote and demanded an answer immediately. I questioned my decision and it took me 2 years to follow through with what i originally wanted. I decided to go with a Village Fireplace Shop because they were supportive throughout my inquiry process and never made me feel pressured or questioned what it was I wanted. I was given a thorough estimate with several options (and Amanda was so amazing - we loved her!) we have had our logs for nearly a month and they have entirely met if not exceeded our expectations. The technicians who installed them were professional and did an amazing job. Thank you to everyone we have dealt with at A Village Fireplace Shop. I will recommend you every single time!

Looking for a family owned business that cares about their customers- look no further! I have been using them for my rentals for years, as their customer service and team members are professional, knowledgeable and provide excellent service! I have bought furnace, ac, heat pumps, hot water tanks from them and never disappointed with timing and service! They also service my furnaces as well! Reasonably priced and never leave my tenants without heat or hot water !! 1000% recommend this company

We have been dealing with Village Fireplace since we moved to Lambton. They have serviced our fireplace and our furnace. Recently they replaced our furnace and heat pump with a new furnace and heat pump. In all our dealings with Village Fireplace we have found them to be friendly, informative and professional.
