Northern Touch CrossFit

After a long (4 year) hiatus, I decided to return to the world of cross-fit and wanted to try Northern Touch CrossFit. I had a great introductory meeting and so I decided to book a 4 week program there to get my feet wet. The personal training sessions with Darryl were perfect as I needed to be re-introduced to everything! Also, the regular classes with David were amazing. Both Darryl and David are patient and knowledgeable. As a bonus, the atmosphere at NTC is wonderful. All of the members are friendly and encouraging. NTC offers me the right level of discipline and motivation. I'm very happy to have found a welcoming CrossFit home at NTC!

NTC definitely has a special place in my heart. As a teen athlete with basketball being my main sport, it has been a huge addition to my personal development. Not only physically but also mentally with all the amazing athletes surrounding me, pushing me through my limits. I really appreciate the welcoming, supportive and motivating community, but I also enjoy the competitive and exciting environment. The energy is absolutely top tier, it is very noticeable the time, effort and dedication every single couch puts into their work.

I absolutely love Northern Touch CrossFit! The coaches, Darryl, Erin, Colleen, and David, are incredibly welcoming and skilled. The positive vibe in the gym makes every class something I look forward to each day. It's a fantastic place for a great workout and a supportive community.
