My wife and I paid for a pack, move and unpack for our move to California from Toronto. Our pack and load in Toronto went smoothly but the group hired to unpack our load on arrival did not really unpack. Just tossed everything wherever they could. And they didn't even empty half of our boxes. Then when we went to pay the final amount, we paid, submitted the expense to be reimbursed only to be told days later we actually owed a different higher amount. Just completely unprofessional back half of our move. Extremely disappointing.

I had an extremely positive experience with Phillips when I moved to my current apartment in July 2022. Not only was the cost affordable, but the crew was professional and dedicated to doing a good job. I had initially contacted them after seeing one of their trucks on my street - and did not regret it. I strongly recommend their services. It's one of those perfect cases of getting great value for the money spent.

I just received a quote of over $9700 from this company for a move from Ontario to PEI for up to 5000lbs that is more than double what other companies have quoted me and they didn't even offer a proper breakdown of how they came to this amount even other than obviously things such as expecting me to pay a 20.5% of their estimated ridiculous $5900 fuel costs to travel 1045 miles which they claim amounts to $1209 for fuel??!! *** ******** ** ***** *** ******** *********** ** ****** ** * ***** *** **** **** ******* ******* **** ****** ***** *********

So grateful that we chose Phillips Moving. We had an unusual circumstance to deal with from a distance and they were simply amazing. Katy was great from the office for the coordination and Alexandro was so helpful in handling things for us when we could not be there. Above and beyond what he needed to do. We cannot be more appreciative. I would highly recommend them anytime!!

I’ve used Phillips moving twice now for cross-border moves and they have been outstanding! Katy our Move Manager has been extremely helpful, she’s an absolute asset to Phillips Moving. I can’t stress enough how seem less the entire experience has been. I would recommend this company without hesitation for your next move.

The day of the move the team was there right on time and were great people who were extremely professional. Everything was handled with care and the move went very smoothly.
