Good,and what I saw to be an overall thorough job,cleaning my ducts. One of the workers was very good at answering my questions, patient and professional explaining what was being done. Little bit of a lack of communication between the workers and Alex with whom I arranged the service,but that was quickly rectified when they called main office.
