    This hotel has exceptional views of the Falls and goes out of its way for guests. The valet staff, front desk, restaurant staff, room service, all wonderful. Only thing out of sorts I can think of is the hostess system for breakfast at the Terrapin Cafe is slow, cumbersome and backlogged (consistently)when seating guests. There are available tables, just slow process.

    Stunning views of the Falls from a beautiful room... could even see the falls while sitting in the spa tub inside our room. Only complaint would be the 3 different charges that showed up on my credit card later in the day after I checked out. Transparency would be nice. overall though, it was a great experience.

    Great hotel, stayed here a few years back and since the rooms have been nicely updated and are much more modern in style. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The view is beautiful day and night specially in the winter months with all the lights out at night. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fallsview room.

    Have stayed here on 4 occasions. Each stay was great. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Unbelievable views. Wonderful, helpful staff. One of the best Canadian hotels I've stayed at for quality of service. Excellent for corporate events and meetings.

    The hotel room has a fantastic view of the Falls no doubt. It is a very nice hotel with an excellent interior and location. I am giving them a 3/5 starts because the Valet people were very chaotic and even broke my car handle!! I would have been alright with it, had the situation been handled appropriately. But i was just shrugged off by the supervisor, offered no solution or apology from the situation, saying its "just a regular thing". Making it sound like the team breaking other people's cars is a regular occurrence. Valet also charges $45/day with limited alternatives. The check in and out process were also not as welcoming and accommodating.

    Book this place and don’t give it another thought! We bookend a Fallsview Room and it was so worth it! AMAZING views of the falls and it was like having a low volume sound machine in your room because of the gentle roar of the Falls! All the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time here and the set up of the room really made the Falls the main attraction! Such a nice property and friendly staff!

    Stayed 2016 and 2019. Great location and terrific views of the falls. Room on first visit basic, but clean and quiet, Room on second visit bigger with double jacuzzi bath! Unfortunately had (double) connecting doors to adjacent suite so we could hear nearly every word spoken there. Luckily they were quiet! This hotel suffers from transient nature of guests and their 'holiday' behaviour. Staff do their best however.

    Breathtaking view, excellent service and customer service was always at my fingertips with their app that I downloaded on my phone. The wireless key for self check in is wonderful! Everything was great and exceeded expectations. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one! Definitely coming back.

    Views are wonderful. Parking is too expensive, but there is the casino parking at 1/3 of the price just 1 block away. Nevertheless there you pay each time you exit. Embassy suites have similar views and breakfast is included, but shares the same costly parking fee as the Marriott. Much closer to the casino parking and its reduced rates. One does not need to be a guest at the casino or the casino's hotel to park at their facility.

    Wonderful hotel. The staff was very attentive and aimed to please. The room was very clean with a large wide-screen television in the room, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is lots of parking at the hotel for about $22. There are two views—the city view and falls view—the Falls-view is definitely the one to get. The city-view just looks at the nearby convention centre. There’s lots of attractions around the hotel, but a nearby hidden gem is the Mount Carmel Monastery—definitely worth a visit.

    Great! Very friendly and helpful staff, couldn't do enough for you. Made you feel very welcome. Bathrooms great, good shower. The room we had was not one of the newly refurbs so a little tired and smelled slightly of smoke but had amazing views of the falls and didn't detract from our very enjoyable stay.

    I had a wonderful experience at the Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel!! The service staff were overly helpful and answered all of our questions..The room was huge with an AMAZING view!! The pool was of a good size for visitors..(It did smell like chlorine but that's a good thing)..We only ate breakfast at the restaurant there and it was fully prepared and lots of choices...plus the view from the dinning area was amazing!! Great experience all the way around!!

    Came here to celebrate finishing my GCSE’s and was absolutely blown away. Never stayed anywhere like it; the staff were absolutely fabulous and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The view of the falls from our room was just spectacular, nothing could top it. Very happy with my stay here. Will definitely come back when I have a family of my own (if I can afford it)!

    Im not sure as to why you would have 2 Marriott hotes across the street from each other.....also was not happy about the $40 a day parking fee on top of your bill at the check out albeit its noted on the site when you reserve.. as pretty much all hotels charge you. Refrigerator took a full day to cool ...charge $4.50 for a water ..smh. Views were tremendous from our floor staff was friendly ...did not eat in restaurants...proximity to attractions and go bus was great...i give it a 7 out 10
