Shelley at check in counter was very helpful and accomodating, friendly too! She see to it that we got the best view of the falls to celebrate my friend's 50th birthday!!! Thank you for the bottle of wine and cake for our celebrant! ❤️ And for all the staff that help us out from checking in till our check out!
Very good location!! Even though I booked a room with fall view, I was not expecting this much of a spectacular view from the room!! I would describe this hotel as 'The best location with view but old and normal services'
After poring over mixed reviews for the hotels with views of the Falls, we chose the Marriott Fallsview. Very happy with our decision. We were on the 6th floor, and had a great view of the falls. Room was clean and staff was great. Very short walk to the incline, which takes you directly down to the river. Only negatives: the pool was chilly (our kids didn’t want to stay in long), and the shower temperature was variable in the morning and a bit difficult to control. Tim Hortons is a short walk if you’re traveling with kids like us and don’t want to pay the pricey breakfast prices. Overall highly recommend.
