We recently moved to this property, we have never been told about parking renovation. Its very horrible to sit inside the house and study / work.

Would give zero stars if I could. Building manger is a JOKE! Doesn't do a thing! Building has Beg Bugs, Cockroaches and spider crickets everywhere. Building is literally falling apart but they will always find a way to ask for rent increases above what they can. Water leaks and water shut downs are a weekly occurrence since they just like to patch the problems and never fix the whole issues. Hallway carpets and paint have to be original from the 1980's Has a pool which is closed about 50% of the time. No Gym just a room filled with black mold, same as the squash courts.. there are saunas but they haven't working like 5 years plus.. Place is just...read full review

Would give zero stars if I could.. O'shanter is completely incompetent, do anything you can to avoid all there buildings, carpets are original from the 80's.. beg bugs are a constant problem.. the gym in the building is just a room, if it wasn't for the residents there would be zero equipment... they offer saunas that havnt worked in years.. squash courts on site are delapitated and filled with black mould... but they always ask for above guideline increases to rent! Don't waste your time look somewhere else to rent YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
