I gave it a 3 stars cause I really liked the lady who did my feet I think it was Jessie other wise it was a 1*I bought a 100$ gift certificate to use for pedicure then I had an appointment in November they can elles it by email few hrs before only. I called to reschedule cause I was leaving on vacation but no one called me back till late December from Milton locationI wanted to know when they reopen she didn’t know. I’m like what is going on? I sent an email higher up only to be told they can’t do anything about my certificate cause it’s all private franchise?‍♀️ now it’s end of March and I gotta drive 50 mins to the next location. Wanted biogel but was convinced to do a strengthener with shellac instead. The filing is uneven and shorter than I wanted. Left with a lot of hang nails and the gel she did is very lumpy and uneven. I had a pedicure done as well. That was done well but I won’t be going back

Somewhat disappointing experience today. Esthetician left to go start a manicure and left me to put my shoes on myself which resulted in a smudged nail. Also noticed there is no polish on my baby toenail
