I popped in for a last minute appointment and my nails were a mess. Two broken and totally overgrown but I left so happy with the service. Lucy is so sweet and an amazing nail tech! She took her time and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was happy with the shape and length. I’ll definitely be back :)Services: Nail repair

This is my happy place in Burlington! Ever since moving here from Vancouver in January I have been getting my nails done at TT Nails every few weeks. They have the best atmosphere, the best team and do a fantastic job! Victoria and Lucy run an amazing business, I can’t recommend them more!Service: Gel manicures

I love this place. They do a great job, and everyone here is really talented. You do need to make an appointment, and pre book when you can because they’re busy - but it’s worth it !

Will never go back again! Made online appointment for 3pm for removal of acrylic nails which should take 15 mins tops. Appointment was confirmed and started on time, however it took over 45 minutes to complete! The technician kept leaving to answer the phone or bump other appointments that were also confirmed on-line. Within the span of 40 minutes 5 people showed up for their confirmed appointment and they all were asked to come back. What is the point of confirming the appointments? Even the owner herself was late and kept her own appointment waiting for 30 minutest. It took 45 minutes and it was the worst job ever, nails were uneven, not filed, there is no pride in the product. They did not even provide hand cream! Halfway through, the same technician started working on another patron's nails without a warning - absolutely rude and ridiculous! Please do yourself a favour and do not go here. There are plenty other nail businesses in Burlington that care about the customers experience! Funny, how there are never any replies to the bad reviews, only the good ones. If the owner cared, they would comment on all reviews and provide an apology and resolution. Deplorable.

The staff at this nail salon are phenomenal. They go above and beyond to help customers on short notice and they do their best to accommodate you even being short staffed. Everyone is very friendly and do a really good job with manicures and pedicures. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.Services: Manicure

my nail tech was awesome - she was young (i believe had some pink in the bottom of her hair?) super friendly and did an amazing job. (hence the two stars) but the other young girl who did my moms nails was so rude and treated her like she was inconveniencing her. she did not listen to anything my mom wanted other than the colour. her nails are mediocre and were not worth the price we paid. will not be recommending this business

It's seems after the covid they are unable to manage the salon any longer. Every time I went the appointment time was delayed. I saw people waiting for half an hour to an hour for their appointments and even then they kept accepting walk-ins. They let me book online at a specific time and then cancelled 10 mins before the appointment time, when I was at their door. The online app let's you pick up an agent however, you are never given the person you selected.
