Salazar roofing was fast to responding to my urgent call of my roof needing to be repaired. I had a lot of wind damage that blow away a lot my singles off. I called and they immediately came the next day to look and give me a quote following day I had my roof brand new again. They were fast and very professional everything was cleaned up! That was a big plus for me. Thank you Salazar’s I highly recommend! Happy customer ?

What a disappointment Salazar Roofing has shown themselves to be. After Hurricane Michael, we hired Salazar to install our new roof. This is the 2nd time in 4 years we have had issues with the roof (1st time was leaking which ruined an interior ceiling) and now again we are experiencing multiple issues. The numerous defects in workmanship is causing wood rot and damage to our home. I have had several local companies come to inspect and all have verified the same thing, that the roof work done by Salazar was done poorly, inadequately and likely in "an effort to hide mistakes". I can hardly imagine that the office help (Alanna) at the Titusville office is a skilled/experienced roofer, however she was the only one I was allowed to speak with. She was ill-mannered, rude, and overbearing, she refused to hear my explanation that accompanied the photos of proof I had already sent. She talked over me and interrupted me the entire phone call. In short, completely unprofessional. We have already been victims to this shoddy work before and I do not plan to allow this to happen again. Why have the 5-year warranty if you don't honor it. Fraud! This time I will talk with a lawyer!!Service: Roof installation

I used the BBB to contact a few different A+ rated contractors and Salazar Roofing was one of them. David Valdez responded soon after and scheduled a time the following morning. He arrived on time and used a drone to inspect the roof so I got to see what he was looking at, and he explained to me everything he was viewing. He inspected all the vent pipe flashing and pipe gaskets. The great thing however is that he told me it's not quite ready for a full replacement and suggested I wait.Service: Roof inspection

From the owners to the labor's they were professional and courteous and David Salazar went out of his way to answer all my mother's questions and make her feel completely comfortable from the beginning to end of this job. This is the second time I have used Salazar Roofing to replace my roof after hail damage and I was very pleased both times. Salazar also worked closely with the insurance adjuster and the insurance company to ensure that damage was properly assessed and covered by the insurance. One of the areas of coverage that I was concerned about was the date of loss as the current coverage was not as good as the previous policy. They were able to get it covered under the previous policy which made a huge difference in what the insurance company would have paid.I was a little concerned about the color of the new shingles as they were using a different company than before. They brought out several samples and laid them on the roof for us to get a good idea of how they were going to look. We were very pleased with the new product. We wound up using the “CertainTeed Landmark IR-Weathered Wood” which is a class 4 impact resistant shingle and getting the class 4 shingles has reduced my insurance premium by 25% (also has a longer warranty period). Also, we were very pleased with the CertainTeed product over the prior GAF shingles. The GAF shingles were constantly losing the granular material and the CertainTeed product has lost almost none after the installation. I recommend the CertainTeed brand as I did research it before it was installed. Based on my experience with GAF I would not recommend that product at all.The installation crew was very good and worked hard during the summer heat to get the roof on in two days. We were very pleased with the work. We did have a few minor items (punch list) that they came out and fixed a little later. Another crew came out for the gutter installation and were very good as well.I would like to give a big shout out to Danny and David and their crews for an excellent experience and work product.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Awesome people from start to finish. Everyone was extremely friendly and did a fantastic job. Would have gave them 10 stars if possible, but after the job was done oil stains were left on both the east and west side of my house and I was told it will be cleaned off and 3 weeks later and 2 phone calls later still no one has came out to clean it up and I had to come out of pocket for something I should NOT have had to even worry about.Service: Roof installation
