I don't treat myself often but when I do I expect a nice, professional job. My toenails are uneven, he didn't try to get the calluses off my feet, and he never trimmed the cuticals on my fingernails. He was in a huge hurry and there was no one else there. Take your business elsewhere because this place is a waste of time and money.

My shellac manicure looked good when I left, but one nail chipped the next day, and a little over a week later, four nails are chipped. Shellac normally lasts me at least two weeks. I'm not sure what they are using. They also charged me $2 more than what the sign said.

Please don't go to LA Nails!! I recently visited them for a manicure and pedicure and had a horrible experience. The man doing my pedicure told me to put my phone away and stop texting. During the manicure he clipped one of my cuticles back too far and it started bleeding profusely--when I pointed it out to him and asked for rubbing alcohol, he said that it was my fault and that paper towel was 'good enough'. This didn't fully remove the blood, but rather than providing me with alcohol when asked for it a second time he told me he would 'paint around it'.
