A+ experience all around. Emily was very professional, yet extremely friendly and easy to talk to. She is very sincere and interested in you, not the usual "what do you do for fun? what do you do for a living?" generic small talk that you sometimes get with new service providers. Definitely a perk that you don't generally find when getting a wax! The wax itself was one of the best and most painless I've had. I certainly plan on returning.

Not having had much experience with waxing, I first tried Haute Wax by Emily when I decided to take a chance on a groupon she offered a while back. I had a great experience, and since then, I've been going back. She is very sweet and personable, and I would highly recommend her.

Great first experience! Emily is extremely professional and very nice. She eased my worries and made everything go by quickly. She is also open and honest about any questions you might have about waxing. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of waxing of any kind!
