Great customer service from the time I walked into urgent care. The nurse and PA had great bedside manners. All of my questions were answered and I felt heard. Just remember as healthcare professionals, we should use hand sanitizer in front of patients when entering and exiting a room. Overall good experience.

I almost didn’t leave this review because I don’t want the whole city to start running over there but they deserve the review. Everyone is always so amazing. I've seen two different providers for myself, children and grandchild and we have always been treated compassionately, efficiently, and they really listen to you. I love that clinic so much that I want to change PCPs to Tiffany. The walk in wait times are reasonable but you can also check in online. Their name could not be closer to the truth. They DO care.

I got in immediately with no wait. The receptionist was friendly .The nurse was very thorough in getting a review of my symptoms. Thank goodness the Dr immediately did a swab of my throat & nose to test for strep & Covid. I was shocked to find that I had strep. My Dr wouldn't have done the swabs unless it looked like strep & the last time I had it, I went two extra weeks sick and two visits to find out. The antibiotics worked well & I felt better the next day. I will use ICare Urgent Care again.
