Best, most gentle, most compassionate, caring individuals in a dentist office around. I started going to this dentist a few years ago after having been at the same dentist for over 20 years. I had bad dental experiences as a child and really hated going to the dentist. My dentist retired so I had to find a new dentist. He referred me to Dr. Bob, a.k.a. Dr. Robert Brandhorst, he's soft-spoken, tender, gentle, etc. he has a very calming effect. I haven't run into any staff there that I don't like. I am so grateful to have found this office. I have had some bad experiences in the past that have given me a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and they made me feel very comfortable. I felt a little silly because I was actually tearing up when I came in to get some filling and they made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Bob is a great dentist and human being.
I have been a patient and employee of Dr. Brandhorst. He is by far the best , most amazing dentist and person. His dentistry is impeccable and he never cuts corners. He is kind and genuinely cares for his patients. I have seen the most amazing and generous acts of kindness from him simply because he cares that much. He loves what he does and I will always sing his praise. If I could give him a million stars I would.
