The process was early ideal from when I arrived until I left. Everyone was great and professional. I was treated with kindness and respect. The MD Dr Cruz gave me detailed information and steps to take for my problem, She was not judgmental even though I had done some things to help that exacerbated my initial problem.
I had an excellent experience at UH Chagrin Highlands Urgent Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. The wait time was minimal, and the provider took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my treatment options. I felt truly cared for and left with peace of mind. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt, high-quality medical attention!
The staff was excellent, but I had to wait 2 hours to be put in a room. An emergency patient came in after I was there one hour, and they had to be seen first. I asked why they didn’t go to the emergency room, and was told that they are not allowed to turn away a patient. They have to be stabilized before they can let them go. I disagree with this. I think if it is that much of an emergency, the staff should call an ambulance and move on with the other patients there. The waiting room was full.
