I always love visiting Griffonrawl! The facility is amazing and the instructors have always made me feel welcomed and comfortable. It is a great place to train and learn Martial Arts. It is always very clean and well-kept and they make sure you have a lot of fun. Highly recommend this to anyone in the Mentor area!
The only place I have found nearby that has a JR. MMA component My daughter is getting in shape, learning discipline outside of the home, and making new friends. Most importantly, realizing that there are better things in life than roblox/fornite etc...the staff is wonderful. THERE instructors are confident and competent in this area of study of teaching kids, especially girls, how to be in control of their situation.5 ?
Best gym I've personally trained at. Whether you are looking for self defense, self defense and fitness, structure, junior self defense, or to compete in combat sports. There's multiple coaches who have competed at the highest level of combat sports. Best of all is they have the ability and patience to break things down and coach. So rare. Family friendly. Values, and discipline. Everything you can ask for in a martial arts environment. They will invest in you. And if you work hard it pays off. I highly recommend.
