Great company to care for my loved ones

Latanya Freeman the scheduler is very ignorant. A few clients left the agency due to her being rude and a liar. She stated to my client who returned from respite care that “she doesn’t work on a Sunday’ after my client spoke with her twice on a (SUNDAY on call) And told her to call me in to start service because the client received services 7 days of the week. Luckily my client was able to reach the supervisor Yelena to start services again, since Latanya freeman refused to do her job...
