    Ashamed to say I didn’t notice this chunk of hair missing until a few hours after his cut… was dissatisfied with his “fade” already but I was gonna deal with it until I seen this big shaved piece on the side of his head.

    I love Ashley at Cost Cutters. She always listens to my hair goals and works hard to help me achieve them. She is always pleasant to chat with. She delivers consistently excellent service. All in all a very knowledgeable and qualified stylist.

    I scheduled my Mom an appt. using Cost Cutters online appt. app. We showed up for her sched. Appt. first let me tell you the difficulty in getting her there and why I schedule appts for her...My Mom suffers from Alzheimer’s and today was even more difficult with her needs;1) they didn’t have her scheduled even though after scheduling, I received a confirmation.2) they had NO perms in the Salon and not sure when they would get themSo couldn’t even offer to re-schedule her timely3)No coupon or offer to discount future appt. due to their errors or our complications of our scheduling and basically wasting our time.Not to mention, the stylists in the salon stated the owners are aware that the online scheduling has had lots of issues and they continue to use it. As for who’s in charge of supply ordering??? No response could be given.I was very angry but, feel sorry for the stylists who have to be the front line for Cost Cutters.We will not be back and the Owners need to be accountable for this negligence to Customers and their staff. Zero customer care!!!My post was edited from my original remarks which I DO NOT APPRECIATE AND...The problem was not corrected by Cost Cutters as they would like clients to believe, I would never go back and this type of customer service should never happen and the company should not put their employees in this situation. Insufficient online scheduling and lack of common salon supplies and poor customer service. The Owners should not put their employees in this situation.
