I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect by my stylist, Vee. I have had bad experiences at salons in the past with my questions and concerns not being given consideration and the end results were always that none of the services that I received met my expectations. That is NOT the case this time! I couldn't be more pleased with ALL of the services I received. I always have a great experience when attending this location, The ladies always greet me with smiling faces, Every now and then I have to wait 5 mins after my appointment time to get started but really thats to be expected, I always get braids or a silk press or my eyebrows waxed and the process is always seamless and I definitely feel comfortable and relaxed like a spa feel. Today one of the ladies bought pastries in for everyone and gave that holiday spirit ! The prices are always fair and I always take advantage of the clearance cart near the register or my 4 for $16 for travel products .
