I’m a 45 year old mechanic, If you’re skeptical like I was, you’re not alone. Been fighting debilitating anxiety for over 20 years in almost all aspects of my life and seen a multitude of different counselors over the years for it. 10 visits in on neurofeedback I started to notice a very significant drop in my anxiety, and so did people around me. This is really a life changing experience for me especially since things have been rough lately and I was hitting a wall. I can’t say enough good things about these people, I'd strongly suggest you take a look, you’ll likely be throwing your meds in the trash.
