I have been coming to them for years in the short north location and just realized they had a location in Tuttle mall! I am always pleased with the service I get from Jamie. Always professional and courteous and knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommend him for my waxing because it is always a quick and pain free experience. I love that the products sold are also 100% vegan! Absolutely love them and I will stay a loyal customer! Customer service has always been excellent with each and every experience.

My husband and I both decided to try Brazilian waxing as we were getting ready to go on a week long cruise, and cruise showers are not the most spacious so we didn't want to have to worry about shaving. We had our waxes on January 4th, and I am now hooked! Natalie was amazing and very personable which made me feel very comfortable. She walked me through each step for i would know what was about to happen next, there was a decent amount of pain but it was over very quick and was definitely worth the 15 minutes of pain! My husband on the other hand was a little more in shock during the wax, but he absolutely loves the results and we will be returning in 5-6 weeks!
