The customer service here is exceptionally excellent! The girls working answered all my questions, recommended useful products, and showed me exactly how to work the beds and which beds I would need. The equipment and products are clearly top notch, and the place itself is bright and clean. Highly highly recommend this place!
The place was clean, front desk girl was knowledgeable and friendly... but they don't have any reasonably priced options for people (men specifically) who only tan a couple times a month. I've lived all over the country (including palm beach) and this place is way over priced for the quality of bed you get.
Every time I go in to tan the girls are so sweet, and upbeat! They're great at getting me to buy new products- that and I'm always interested in the new products! This is a main reason I came back to palm beach over any other salon! Great customer care! Love love love the Stelzer location!
