Cheveux Salon - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I went here today for a trim between haircuts. I had called in advance and made an appointment and that should have been my first indication to NEVER step foot inside this "salon". When I called, the stylist that answered didn't even identify herself OR the business. I had to ask whether or not I had called the right place.She responded that I had, but that she had "forgotten" what the name of the business was.

Erin K. got a hair cut from Barb in six minutes. That is amazing because I used to go to Barb and it would take over an hour to get a simple cut. She would always have to talk and she could not cut and talk at the same time. Her hands were off my hair more than on it. One time she had to sit down several times because her legs hurt or she did not feel well,then tried to get out of rinsing my hair when she finally finished cutting it. Another time she left the color on my hair for over an hour so she could cut her mothers hair and several others. I was greeted by the stylist, who, again, did not introduce herself to me. She sat me down and asked me to take my hair down and verified I was there for a trim.
