I've been a loyal customer at another natural & clean nail salon here in Cincinnati since it opened in 2015, and loved the experience & their staff, but my pedicure would chip within 2-3 weeks, which was disappointing. I was thrilled to find Frenchies since they offer the same clean experience - hand washing upon arrival, autoclaved instruments, COVID-19 protocols, no jetted pedicure bowls, clean products - but that they also carry traditional 5-free polish that is longer lasting than the traditional 5-free polishes that the OTR clean nail salon offers. I'm 6+ weeks into my first Franchise pedicure and while my polish has grown out, it still looks decent. I can't wait...read full review

I had the best experience today with Tia! I am 7 months pregnant and they were very accommodating. This is the cleanest nail salon I’ve ever entered. No chemical or dusty air smell. 10/10 recommend & I will be back. Thank you!!
