Sooo upset with this place, leaving to see a new dermo. I have been a patient for years, and have been struggling with my acne a lot recently. I made an appointment for help, (which mind you takes forever to get into in Cincinnati) and they turned me away because my insurance got renewed a week ago and a copy hasn't come in the mail yet. I provided the new numbers/information digital bu they still refused me after driving all the way out here simply needing serious help with my skin. I understand doctors need to see proof of insurance, but she didn't at the very least even have the professionalism or decency to come out and speak to me about it, rather had the front desk shun me even though I was visibly tearful and stressed since I spent the time driving all the way out looking forward with getting help with my acne. So disappointed

Dr. Long is one of the most amazing medical providers I have ever had. I have seen her for all of my dermatology and skin care needs my entire adult life. She goes above and beyond to address all of my concerns, constantly provides me with new information about skin care and safety, and takes time with me in every consultation. Dr. Long is simply the best! A very good friend of mine who is a family care physician referred me to Dr. Long (as she was a longtime patient herself) and I am so grateful. I wouldn't dare let anyone else touch my skin, not only for dermatology care but also for cosmetic care. Dr. Long provides the highest standards of care, is very rigorous with her approach, and her bedside manner is professional but also reassuring. I am very comfortable visiting her beautiful practice downtown (City Dermatology and Laser) for all my skincare needs and concerns. I have been seeing Dr Long for many many years. I’ve liked her for both medical and cosmetic needs. However, recent visits have been awful and it’s to the point where I need to find a new practice. She has an aggressive nurse who has been incredibly rude and has an arbitrary policy for late arrivals - I can’t tell if it’s 5 minutes or 10, but I’ve been in both scenarios and there is no grace period in her mind for a downtown office. It’s so aggressive, I won’t be back. It’ll ruin your day!!

I have used Dr Long for medical and cosmetic dermatology services for over 5 years and my experience has always been excellent. Dr Long listens, pays attention to details, makes good recommendations, and has gone over and above (eg helped me with an urgent skin care need prior to my wedding).
