Love my Dentist, and have had such a great experience here, but their 48 hour in advance cancelation policy has me frustrated. They wanted to charge me $43.80 per appt., which is a weird number, for myself and 2 of my children. I had a last minute family matter come up and called them at 10:00 am to reschedule. They also wouldn't reschedule me and told me to just call back when I knew I would be available. That to me is extremely rude. I can understand paying a cancelation fee but their number is quite high. Aspen dental does not charge cancelation fees. Most dental offices I have spoken to have a 24 hour in advance notice and are flexible with their clients.

Dr's Steve & Amanda Levinsohn are outstanding dentist's. I see Dr. Steve Levinsohn, and he is great with his patients. Explains his work thoroughly, he's consistent, and performs excellent work on my teeth. Their staff is absolutely wonderful to interact with, very professional and helpful. They make me very comfortable and treat me like as if I'm a family member. I would rate them a 10 if I could. They are top notch! I recommend anyone to become their patients. I walk in with a smile and walk out with even a bigger smile! No pain, but true gain! Thank you, Anderson Ferry Dental, team!

What a fantastic group of professionals! From the staff who took great care in answering my questions (and even proactively setting things up with my insurance company) , to Dr. Steven, who explained every step of what was being done in terms that could be easily understood; the entire experience was beyond anything I'd ever experienced from a dental practice. I highly recommend Anderson Ferry Dental.
