After what began as a not so pleasant interaction (he thought I was a spam call due to an out of state number) I decided to give him a chance because of his reputation on google reviews. I'm so glad I did. I generally hate the haircuts anyone gives my toddler. He always ends up with weird box cut bangs and it distracts from how adorable he is, nothing like a 90s bowl cut look. Robert didn't need any direction he is so natural at this and he had my son looking absolutely handsome and still maintained his long hair combover look that his hair naturally calls for. I'd highly recommend him and he is pleasant to talk to and kept my son calm and engaged during the haircut....read full review

I've been going to The Pole since I was 14. 6 years later and the place still has the same inviting vibe to it. Rob, the owner, is bar none. He is the only barber that I have ever worked with that can genuinely visualize the style you ask for, while making it really work with your hair/head. Still amazes me to this day. Will always be there best.

Rob is a fantastic Barber, and the kind of barbershop that harks back to golden days of America, good conversation and a very familiar sense. I moved to Florida, and I have yet to find a barber that is half as good as Rob is, I came home to visit and made sure to make a visit. And I had him take pictures for me to show the barbers in Fl how to properly cut my hair!!! Whenever I am in town, I am sure to stop in for a proper military fade with a straight razor clean-up!!
