My door lock was roughly 20 years old and had seen better days. It began not to lock. I called the locksmith, who arrived quickly and installed a new lock as well as straightened the door, which was somewhat catching on the frame. Thank you for your excellent service.

Techenician arrived in 40 minutes and left in 40 minutes. He was quite approachable. I wish I had received his phone number before calling the other firm, whose guy was half an hour late, stayed for 1 1/2 hours, and couldn't re-key two locks, charging me half of what Techenician did.
