This is - hands down - the single best, most positive experience I've ever had with a plumber. They responded immediately. They were kind, respectful, FAIR, knowledgeable. They were, simply, delightful to deal with (and "delightful" isn't exactly the word that usually springs to mind when you think about plumbers but these guys were DELIGHTFUL) My hot water heater was on the fritz. I'd already had National Grid to the house to take a look. First, I have spoken with at least a half dozen other "so call Plumbers" before I selected Gener Mechanics.to do the work.I received either unreasonable estimates, poor understanding of the job required even with photos, or failure to follow up with phone calls.Mariglen Picari and his partner understood immediately what was involved, gave a reasonable cost estimate and performed the work effectively and efficiently.I will keep their card for all future projects and highly - let me repeat - highly recommend their services. We used these guy’s business for our full bathroom renovation, and all I can say is that we are very pleased with their work. Not only they were very professional while working, but they gave us lots of ideas on everything we did. We absolutely love our bathroom, and we recommend 100% these guys.
