I called Dr Whelan’s office a month earlier than my scheduled first appointment because I was in pain. The office fit me in for an appointment almost immediately. The dental assistant took X-rays and Dr Whelan discovered I had an infection. He called in a prescription for an antibiotic and we scheduled a follow up appointment . Dr Whelan was warm and attentive. I liked the personal care I received from the office, the dental assistant and the doctor. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you
Excellent customer service and patient care. State-of-the art equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My insurance company does not reimburse me but i won't go anywhere else!
At Dental Design Studios i am impressed and grateful for the skilled customized care showered on customers by Allison. She is very knowledgeable, innovate and caring for patients in all that she does. She takes the lead and manages the Emface and Exion offerings. She carefully explains detail of procedures, spends all the necessary time to ensure the patient is getting the right treatment and care and is always cheerful and happy to help in every and any way. She is invaluable. I appreciate her skills, expertise, care, knowledge and cheerfulness !!!
