I brought in a down comforter full/queen on the phone he said $45, when I got there he said $70. He told me he said $45 and up. I drive down Atlantic Ave. to Atlantic cleaners for the same down comforter, they charged me $40. This guy is a rip off.

DO NOT EVER BRING ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT OR OF VALUE TO THIS PLACE. Please for the love of God stay as far away as physically possible. Destroyed my wedding dress. Melted the diamond straps off of it. You’ve been in business for how long and didn’t know this would happen? Should have never put it in the machine if high temps would melt the material. Also they had it in their possession for over a week and didn’t have the decency to call me to tell me he made a terrible mistake so I could have had more time to fix it. He took it upon himself WITHOUT ASKING ME to do the most botched sewing job I've ever seen in my life by putting new plain white straps on in replace of the old diamond ones. He didn't even sew the new straps on correctly they were placed sideways (see photo below.) This changed the entire fit of the dress!!! Then tried to give it back to me the day I pick it up and act as if nothing was different and like he did me a favor! It was a totally different dress!! I couldn't make this up if I tried. Do yourself a favor and never go to this disgusting place. Truly a terrible way to do business - I'm actually shocked they have been open for as long as they have. I would literally sue them for negligence, emotional distress, and destroying my property if it wouldn't cost me more money out of pocket than the actual dress itself cost. You've been warned.
