Went in for a quick foot massage after a long weekend of sightseeing. I ended up with the best foot and body massage I've ever had. It definitely is more pressure than the average spa massage. This is more for those bodies that are full of knots and need extra stretching and work. I will definitely be back on my next nyc visit!

I had a great experience today at the Mandarin Spa. I decided to book a facial last minute (on a Sunday) and they were able to accommodate me. I booked a 30 minute express spa for $60, but I'm assuming because I was there later in the day, Lucy took her time with my skincare. I fell asleep during my facial and while my mask was on she stepped out and let me rest. I ended up staying well over 30 minutes (more like 70) and left feeling rejuvenated with fresh skin. I only leave four stars because the space itself is not exactly "high end," but it's clean and was comfortable enough. I'll be back to try out their massage services.

We absolutely LOVED our couples "combination" massages at The Mandarin Spa! The ladies did an excellent job and we left very happy & relaxed....great start to a long weekend in NYC! As a few other reviews mentioned, it's easy to walk past the spa (sign on the sidewalk door is small & the spa is on the 5th floor of the building), the "walls" are also thin so you can easily hear the people at the front desk and/or neighboring room....however, we still give them 5 stars! Very friendly, very professional & very thorough. We'll be back!!
