Maritza is INCREDIBLE. So gentle and so kind. I was extremely nervous about the pain because this is my third time waxing and I had a pretty intensely painful first two times - but the way Maritza waxes is AMAZING!!! So little pain, so much care for my comfort. Aside from being so comforting and so gentle, she also made sure all the hair was gone. She is literally so talented and an angel sent from above, and I cannot express how grateful I am to her!

Very friendly staff, but still professional. Everything is super clean and they never reuse wax. Seriously, the private rooms are spotless. Been going for 10 years and will continue for years to come. If you're concerned about pain, ask for Hina. She's as gentle as it gets when it comes to waxing sensitive areas.

I have been going to Max Wax well over ten yrs. I refuse to go anywhere else as I love the service and the cleanliness which is very important to me. All the technicians are fabulous and it's always a great experience.
