I was really anxious to get my first pair of eyelash extensions but the ladies here were so welcoming and reassuring. They help you pick out the perfect length/curl/thickness for your face and eye shape. My technician was Angelica and she was beyond gentle and accommodating. My lashes look natural! Hoping they last a few week but have no doubts that I will be returning to see Angelica for a refill.They are also very clean and compliant with cover measures and policies!

I walked into this place on a whim and was very satisfied with the results. They help you decide on the best option for your face and make it easy for first timers. Mine lasted pretty well for a few weeks, though I had to try to sleep differently so not to disturb the lashes. I expect to return at some point in the future.

I started with JJ Lashes at the Harold Square location before switching to Soho, where LaLa became my technician. LaLa is simply lovely! and each staff member that I've encountered at both locations have been extremely helpful, personable and professional.
