I recently started taking Barre classes with Kat and cannot overstate what a wonderful experience it has been.Exhale CPS itself is so beautiful and welcoming. The locker rooms and studio were both so clean - the whole ambiance is so relaxing.As an instructor, Kat is so unbelievably kind and accommodating no matter what level of experience you fall into. Her calming demeanor makes you forget you're in the middle of an intense workout - and in just a few short months I am already feeling so much stronger and more empowered. Highly, highly recommend Kat's classes and Exhale overall!

Wow, what a studio. As soon as you walk in you're greeted with calming scents and friendly front desk people. The locker room is clean and bright and beautiful, and the lockers are self locking.I took a Friday afternoon chill yoga flow and it was next level. The mat, yoga brink, and a blanket were already set out so I just walked up and got right into child's pose. the instructor was fantastic, too. At the end of class she came over during my savasana and, with essential oils on her hands, she held her hands over my face and told me to take a deep inhale, so I could smell the EO and relax that much more. Will definitely be back here!

My 90 minute massage felt like heaven. I would go back for that any day of the week. I am only giving it a 4 star review though because the facilities feel dated and not luxe enough for the price.
