But on the lake it’s worth 300k. “Is he an appraiser or a painter Or a wallpaper hanger!!! Just rude. Families love their lake homes and they may be old but they are filled w memories.This guy is arrogant . He wouldn’t give a quite bc it was sooooo much work for 2 small bedrooms.Maybe he should keep his opinions to himself, quote the job or turn it down but you don’t insult people.Price doubles bc your on the lake .

Been in business over 30 years Steve knows what he is doing but you have to plan about 6 months ahead to get work done he is very busy
