Steve was wonderful. I called him 9:00 in the morning on a Saturday and he was there early that afternoon. The yellow jackets started coming into the
house as the weather was getting cooler for several weeks. After his application on Sunday morning we only found two that could barely fly. We have not seen anything since and I am writing this review 4 days after he left to make sure they were gone. Thank you Steve for your amazing service.
Steve personally came to investigate and rectify a Yellowjacket issue we were experiencing at our office. We previously used another large company prior to Steve who couldn’t get the job done, made endless excuses and were not responsive. Steve was the complete opposite, responding to our phone call after hours and showing up the next day on a weekend to identify and solve our issue on the spot in less than 30 minutes. Had a Yellow Jacket Emergency. Steve responded and took care of the issue within two hours. Mind you this was a Saturday Afternoon. I am grateful for the urgency to deal with an angry hive in my wall
