Roundtop Animal Hospital is known for its knowledgeable, helpful, and kind staff. Clients appreciate the professional and well-organized environment. The hospital provides excellent care and attention, making even emergency visits less stressful. Patients are treated with sensitivity and care, often leaving with a positive experience. Dr. Tucker and her team provide amazing care. She is kind, patient, empathetic, and knowledgeable, going out of her way to ensure complicated situations are dealt with in the best way possible. The vet is very direct and gives super helpful treatments that lean into alternative ways for treating pets. She is thorough and does not charge an arm and a leg, with an open mind.
I’ve taken my dog here twice now for her annual check up. Both times the staff and have been very polite. However, this time I feel they went above and beyond regarding explaining things as well as the care for my dog. You can tell that the staff there, including Dr. Tucker, love animals. My dog has anxiety with unfamiliar people and the staff there made her feel comfortable. Will continue to go here and recommend to anyone with animals.
I had been using a different vet who spayed my black mouth car. They used stitches and gave her an antibiotic and almost killed her. I can’t think the staff at round top enough for receiving my Coco. Sincerely, Dwight.
Dr Tucker and her staff are the best EVER!!! I travel from outside of Kingston to go there because they are caring and compassionate! I’ve had bad experiences and lost some cats due to negligence and misdiagnosis!
