Today was my second time here. I'd like to like this place but am undecided. First time made an appt for a gel mani and reg pedi. Waited 40 min after my appt time just before soaking nails. Was there for almost 2 hours and had to skip the pedi due to time constraints (hence the appt). Today was my second time- each nail is a different shape and length. Had asked for square oval. Staff is nice but it's frustrating to have to fix it yourself when paying for a service! Prices are good but don't expect a perfect job!

Was in Queens for the week and decided to try this place out since prices are much better than in Manhattan. Glad I came here. I got a dip manicure and gel pedicure. Fantastic prices and great results.Additionally, I saw people of different ages, backgrounds and genders come in to get their nails done and everyone was treated with respect. This place seems to have a lot of regulars and I see why.The staff here works hard; tip them well!

People here are a lot more friendly and willing to chat a bit. It's pretty clean and price is not to overwhelming. Staff are well mannered and kind. They treat my autistic daughter well as if she's a normal human being. No discrimination here. Overall it's clean, workers work are done professionally. People are treated better here and that's what you should expect from a business you're doing with.Services: Pedicures
