I am sorry to hear about the negative reviews because Siwoo has reopened and I was very pleased with the mani/pedi and the price. They are conveniently located near the public transportation that I use to and from work so I hope they do not close again. I have not yet been to a perfect mani/pedi business. James does my manicures and pedicures he's an amazing tech. I'm comfortable in his hands. My husband also tried one of the lady techs and his experience was great also for manicures. The establishment has a hair salon that I believe the owners are the head stylists whom are Asian and and an Aesthetician aswell that does laser hair removal, eyebrow threading etc. I Haven't tried those two services only because I go else where. But I don't think I would try the hair salon only because I have natural hair. A great salon otherwise great to try.

The fact that they do everything here was the cherry on top! I was looking for a place that took Apple Pay because I didn't have my wallet, go figure right? Plan to do something and forget the most important thing LOL but luckily they took Apple Pay!! I was able to get all my needed services done! Nails toes hair lashes. Hidden gem in forest hills
