I am glad that I spoke with CiCi yesterday to give her a heads up that my mom and I were stopping by to get our hair done today. She texted me a digital business card that she's currently at Jing Mei now. We got there before 8:30 am and CiCi started dyeing my mom's hair first. I really, really wanted to perm my hair but CiCi honestly told me that I shouldn't because I have over-processed hair ::sad face:: well I have been dyeing my hair since I was 19 years old! Been here a couple of times in the past several years. The price is very cheap, base price with hair wash is only $12 before tips. The service is snappy and it isn't too crowded usually even during weekends. The only issue I find is that the stylists tend to do a short stint here and move on to other places. If you're looking for a quick trim and don't want to shell out a lot, definitely give them a try.
