I am the Office Manager for Definitive Home Improvements, Inc. We had installed a brand new shower window for a recent full bathroom renovation & needed some minor adjusting for the window. Jordan immediatley eased the mind of not only myself but my very concerned customers as well. He scheduled an appointment with them the very next day, ordered the parts and kept me updated daily.

Purchased 7 windows from Morningstar and couldn't be happier with the customer service Danny provided. He was always available to answer any questions and responded quickly.
