I needed an assessment of my mini-split. It was easy to make the appointment and I was kept informed by text that Joshua the tech was on his way. I wasn’t there so he called me and we discussed my system’s issues. He was knowledgeable and nice to deal with. Just waiting for an estimate but so far, my has experience has been very good.
This company is the best provider I’ve worked with in the Hamptons. From Junior’s thoughtful assessment of the situation and my options to Luis and team doing the installation, and Milton’s responsiveness when we had to make some minor post install adjustments.
