A few weeks ago, I went in to see Jillian for my first facial in years! She was so kind and easy to chat with. Right off the bat I was super impressed by how knowledgeable and open she was about her treatment recommendations. She took the time to explain every step of the process and how to keep my skin healthy and happy in between appointments. I’m a couple of weeks out and can still feel such a difference in my skin. What a gem, can’t wait to go back!

Amazing experience. Jillian is obviously absolutely stellar at her profession. She has been practicing for decades. She is so comfortable to be with. You instantly feel like you've known her for years. Relaxed, professional and light hearted. Cleveland is so lucky to have her! The services were outstanding. This was first time getting eyelash and eyebrow tint. I love it! She also did a facial peel treatment. My skin feels wonderful today!! The studio is lovely. I look forward to going back.

If like me, you find yourself inching closer to 40 and looking to graduate from spa facials to one with a medical esthetician like Jillian, look no further! During my first visit, I was so impressed by her knowledge and approach--she got to "know" my skin before recommending a series of treatments that will actually deliver the results I want. My dermaplaning session was excellent and I can't wait for my next treatment!
