I stumbled into this salon in the Spring of 2022, began having my cuts and color done by Elena there and have never looked back. She’s not only an experienced professional who listens closely to what I want done, she is unfailingly reliable and genuinely pleasant to be around. TLDR: Caroline Ramone at Medusa is AMAZING! 5 stars aren’t enough, and the prices are great for the expert service provided!I’ve been coming to Medusa and exclusively Caroline for the past 2 years - I don’t get my haircut anywhere else! I’ve always had really bad luck with hairstylists, but Caroline is so kind and patient. She actually listens during the consultation, and is able to translate reference images to what works with your features extremely well. I normally go for a shag and fringe and she is a MASTER at it! plus free bang trims! I can’t recommend her enough, and everyone at Medusa has always treated me with the utmost kindness and respect.Services: Haircut
